This newly spacious penthouse cocktail bar offers 5,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space with breathtaking views of Manhattan and allows guests to come face to face with the iconic Empire State Building. The elegant indoor area, designed by Natalia Todorova of Gwathmey, Seigal, Kaufman Architects flawlessly connects to the exterior patio with full sliding glass doors. Vintage bricks, white painted hand washed wood panels on the walls, teak and grey custom Terrazzo tiles, and raw iron columns provide guests with a taste of Scandinavia along with accents of Manhattan sophistication. In addition, guests will encounter glass lighting fixtures that shine down to reflect on the modern wood walls as well as black ornaments which throw gold shadows on the natural tree form bar counter top. Outside, the contemporary, yet simple deep-seated upholstered sofas invite guests to unwind and take in the eye-catching views of Midtown Manhattan, while ceiling high silk curtains border the charming view of the Empire State Building.
